I am thrilled to finally share something very close to my heart. My TEDx Hartford talk is live! This experience challenged me, inspired me, and deepened my belief in the urgent need for more connection in our world.

Why I Stepped Onto the TEDx Stage

We are living in a stressful, divided time. So often, we find ourselves arguing about the small stuff, missing the bigger truth: what we really crave is connection. My TEDx talk was born out of a simple question I ask every couple, team, and individual I work with: What does this partnership, this relationship, need right now?

The answer, time and again, comes back to what I call the Three C’s: Curiosity, Compassion, and Connection. These are not just buzzwords. They are the foundation for healing, growth, and real change, whether in our marriages, our workplaces, or our communities.

The Message: Simple, Urgent, and Universal

We do not need more fighting about who is wrong. We need more connection across difference, across stress, across fear. The Three C’s are a roadmap for moving beyond blame and division. When we bring curiosity to our disagreements, compassion to our struggles, and connection to our everyday moments, we begin to heal. Not just ourselves, but the world around us.
