Relationship Coaching Built
for Real Life
At Secure Connections, I offer science-based relationship coaching, retreats, and VIP experiences for couples and individuals—both in Northern Massachusetts and virtually around the world.
Rooted in the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), my work teaches you how to spot the patterns pulling you apart as they happen—and build new habits that actually bring you closer.
We focus on strengthening the foundation every relationship needs: mutuality, collaboration, sensitivity, and fairness. When you understand the attachment needs driving behavior—yours and your partner’s—you gain the tools to create a relationship that feels secure, resilient, and alive.
