Bored, Stuck, or Just Plain Over It?
Fire It Up is your guide to turning a disconnected, stressed-out relationship into one that’s alive, joyful, and rock-solid.

Modern life pulls you in a hundred directions—and your relationship often takes the hit. Maybe you’re stuck in stupid arguments that never go anywhere. Maybe you miss the spark you once had, when you couldn’t wait to see each other at the end of the day. Maybe you just feel like roommates, passing each other by.

You don’t have to settle.
In Fire It Up, expert couples therapist Carolyn Sharp breaks down a clear, science-backed, four-step process to reignite real intimacy, trust, and fun. With humor, hard-won wisdom, and real-world strategies, she shows you how to stop tiptoeing around issues, understand what’s actually driving conflict, and build the connection you both crave.
